Clarencce Yocum died in Topeka at the age of 89.on Oct. 18, 2023 in Manhattan. He was born in the Sandy Hook area and attended schools in St. Marys. He has been very active in St. Marys over the years. His complete obituary can be read at: :https://www.piperfuneralhome.com/obituaries/clarence-yocum
Rossville will host Maur Hill-Mount Academy in the last game in District 3 play. The top two teams, likely Rossville and Silver Lake will then compete in the State Tournament beginning next week on the 27th. The bracket has not been set until the results of all the Oct. 20 District games are known.

Rossville did not have a full team. The best performanes were by Carson Krause, 3rd; Karso Weissend, 5th; Lochia Culbertson, 14th; and Eli Sturgeon 20th
Girls 5K Run
Rossville did not have a full team. The besst performers were Kinsley Kufahl, 14th;. Keera Lock 20th; and Madllyn Wommell, 21st.
Boys 5 K Run
Rossville Finished 5th of the six MEL teams. Top performances were turned in by Dalton Vershelden, 13th; Toris Cubertson, 26th; Wyatt Connelly, 27th; and Nate Fund, 29th
