Rattler Update

If recent history is any indication, Tuesday's match up between the Rossville Rattlers and the Topeka Golden Giants should be a barn burner.

In their previous two meetings this season, Rossville built leads in each game, only to have the Golden Giants climb their way back and win both contests. Topeka won the first meeting held in Rossville, 10-9, on a 9th inning home run. Last Tuesday, the Golden Giants came back in the 6th inning and won 9-7 at Jerry Robertson Field.

The two will meet at Jerry Robertson Field in Topeka Tuesday night at 7:00 PM. This will be the final regular season meeting before the two teams face each other in the Summer Classic in July.

Rossville has improved their record to 7-10 on the season, while the Golden Giants have have continued their winning ways of late earning a 20-9 record so far this season.

The Shawnee County Showdown should be a good one and we encourage fans of both team to make their way out Tuesday night to Lake Shawnee. Tickets are $5 for Adults, $4 for Seniors and $1 for Youth.
