The city of Rossville is a first-time participating community in the annual Night Out Against Crime on Aug. 10.
These Community gatherings typically feature cookouts, street carnivals, theme parties, law enforcement and emergency vehicles and other fun or educational goings on. Experts say collaboration is key to combating crime, and fostering such a relationship between neighbors, local law enforcement, and other public safety entities is what the night is all about.
Each neighborhood plans its own events. However. no schedule of events during the night at Rossville has been completed.
