Dawgs Leading Burlington 47-7 at Half (updated)

The Dawgs completely dominated Burliington on Homecoming night.

The Dawgs jumped out to a 28-0 lead with 2 minutes left in the first and were up 35-0 with 11:50 remaining in the second.  But,  they didn't slow up any and had a half-time lead of 49-7.  The Burlington Wildcats had one successful play accounting for their lone TD.  Their QB was scrambling around trying to avoid a sack when one of his receivers got behind the Rossville secondary during all the scrambling and a long pass resulted in their lone TD for the half.

The Dawgs added another seven points in the fourth quarter as  the reserves got a lot of playing time to wind up as 56-7 victors.
