Paul D. Fecteau, 55, of Rossville, passed away Friday, May 19, 2023.

He was born February 8, 1968, in Manhattan, Kansas, the son of Ronald and Linda (Livingston) Fecteau. He graduated from Manhattan High School. He received a Bachelor's Degree from Kansas State University and went on to obtain an MFA degree in Creative Writing from Wichita State University.
