Linda Faye (Kelsey) Wise passed away on Tuesday. Linda was born on September 18, 1944 and passed away on Tuesday, February 26, 2019. More info will be posted when available.
Linda was the daughter of longtime Rossville residents Scott and Faye Kelsey, and sister to Douglas Kelsey. She graduated from RHS in 1962 and has been living in Edmund, OK.
A celebration of life will be held in the next few weeks.
