Jaimi Chantay Olson, 54, of Rossville, left us to join her Lord on Friday, February 19, 2021. She was born on February 8, 1967, in Holton, Kansas, the daughter of Raymond Vern and Anita (Riley) Armstrong.Jaimi was a friend to all and loved fiercely. She was tender-hearted, generous and accepted everyone. Her vibrant red hair matched her feisty spirit and spunk. She loved wildlife, her fur babies and sports, especially her K-State Wildcats. She loved the weather channel and talked about how fun it would be to be a storm chaser. Jaimi enjoyed long drives, mini vacations (especially room service), and snowy days. She spent her free time listening to all kinds of music including Big Band music, watching Little House on the Prairie and cooking shows like the Pioneer Woman. Jaimi was a dedicated volunteer for the Rossville Fire Department as a firefighter and EMT for 21 years. She was employed by AT&T for over 20 years and a member of the First Baptist Church in Silver Lake.
