Tyler L. Pierce Passes Away

Tyler Logan Pierce was born March 14th 1990 in Portland Adventist Hospital, Multanomah county, Oregon.  He passed away Jan. 25, 2022.    He was raised in Rossville and attended schools there.

The best way to describe Tyler is as a kind and steadfast man. He went out of his way to support and care for those he loved. An extra hand to move, a place to sleep, a couple bucks when down on your luck. Just a fraction of the things he did without qualm or hesitation.

He was an incredibly talented musician, especially with guitar and drums. He loved movies. We have many fond memories of seeing the latest one with him and other times watching the most awful B movies

He was unflappable. Never angry, always understanding. The troubles of life that grab all of us seemed to just roll off him like a wave on a beach. He had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to make people laugh. He found a way to make you smile and smile himself even in the darkest times

After a 6 month battle with aggressive brain cancer Tyler passed January 25th, 2022 with loved ones near.
