Funeral services will be at 10:00 A.M. Friday, November 30, 2012 at Piper Funeral Home in St. Marys. Mr. Horak will lie in state and the family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Thursday, November 29, 2012 at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Czech Moravan Cemetery North of Rossville.
