The Dawgs got a semi-final regional victory on May 21 by defeating Rock Creek at Rossville by an 8-6 score. This win puts them into the Regional final against a highly ranked Silver Lake team.

Taylor Kirk led the offense with four hits, including a double, and two RBIs. Taylor Brecheisen had three hits, including a double, and Therese VanderPutten had three RBIs on two doubles.
Taylor Kirk pitched all seven innings getting seven strike-outs.
